LEARN PILATES

A 4 Week Introduction to Pilates Class.

With only 4 clients in your class, you will receive what feels like one on one instruction as you discover how Pilates can help you gain strength, mobility and flexibility.  Reduce aches and pains, move better, have more energy, look better, walk taller and project more confidence.

In 4 sessions, you will know if you like Pilates, if it feels good on your body and if you want to continue:

In the 4 classes you will experience less pain, better health and even play better.  What’s your favorite sport or activity?  Imagine playing without pain and  improving your performance and enjoyability with only 1 session a week.

You will experience the specialized Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Stability chair as well as the CoreAlign.

After the Intro series, your instructor will recommend the best classes for you to join in our regular schedule.  We offer classes 7 days a week from 8am – 8pm.

UPCOMING DATES.  CHOOSE ONE:

  1. Mondays 7:00 – 8:00 pm – April 11, 18, 25, May 2
  2. Wednesdays 3:00 – 4:00 pm – April 13, 20, 27, May 4.
  3. Thursdays 6:00 – 7:00 pm April 7, 14, 21, 28

Fee: $159 + gst.

(Classes are being added each month based on demand, so if you don’t see a time that works, contact us for upcoming classes, days and times.)
