Construction Update

Framing has started at 5011 Springs Boulevard! We have now completed the reinforced concrete for underground parkade ceiling and the second floor concrete.

We have two tower cranes moving construction material onto the building. One of the cranes will be moved to the top of the parkade ceiling for better access to ship material.

As of now we have poured 8,028 m³ of concrete. The total volume of concrete that will be poured to build the Phase 3 Condos will sum to 11,500m³.

Construction Update

We are pleased to announce that our Phase 2 condo, 5055 Springs Boulevard, has been awarded with LEED Gold as of this past summer, June 2016.

What is LEED?

“Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USBGC) to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design. The system is credit-based, allowing projects to earn points for environmentally friendly actions taking during construction and use of a building.”
