There are three major tasks in the works in our Phase 4 Condo building. Roofing is currently in progress and the back framing has started on the 4th floor of the building, we have also started to install windows. We have turned over one House in our Phase 7 Bare Land Strata Houses, with three more Houses set to complete over the course of July. In terms of the rest of Phase 7, painting and drywall are in progress, with framing completed to the halfway point.

Phase 7 Bare Land Strata has been making great progress – with our first few homes facing the golf course scheduled to be move in ready this month! The homes furthest along completion have painting, final cleaning, and landscaping all in progress. The next couple blocks of this phase have electrical fixtures going up, plumbing in progress, cabinet installations, dry walling, exterior stone work being installed, as well as ongoing exterior painting. The homes furthest north of this phase have underground plumbing in progress, and all foundations are now complete. Please see below for progress photos and the status of the houses throughout this phase.

Thanks to the terrific efforts from the maintenance crew at Tsawwassen Springs, led by Superintendent Gord Olsen, we are happy to say we have just opened our new tee box for the white and blue tees on hole #11. As you can see in the picture or when you are here in person, the water is still in play, but the large, elevated tee off area will certainly enhance the experience of teeing off this tricky par 4. We are in full swing here at Tsawwassen Springs with summer around the corner, the course is in beautiful condition, the Pro Shop is fully loaded with all of its new stock, the driving range features new yardage signs and aiming posts, all that being said we hope to see you out enjoying any aspect of golf in the very near future.

We have had a busy two months at our Phase 3 condo building! There is lots has been of move-in activity on a daily basis, and we are pleased to say that all of our pre-sale Homeowners have now taken possession of their suites! It has been very exciting welcoming our new Homeowners to 5011 Springs Boulevard.
At the Phase 4 Condo building, trusses and balconies are being built on the fourth floor, while mechanical rough-in’s are in progress from third to first floor. In the coming weeks, we will be preparing to start roofing by completing the plywood on our west wing. Progress photos of 4977 Springs Boulevard below!
