Construction Update

In the Phase 4 Condo building, drywall is complete on the west side of the building, and we are finishing off mudding on the fourth floor on the east side of the building. We are installing fireplaces on the second floor. The waterproofing  on the main slab is in progress and currently 45% complete. The block walls in the parkade are nearly complete.

For the houses in Phase 7 Bare Land Strata, we are up to the last home for roofing installation. By the end of September, we will have turned over three more homes in this phase.

With the heat of the summer in the rear view mirror, September is upon us and in my view the most beautiful month to golf. With your 2018 Springs Card, play during the week for only $51 and after 5pm for $30, on the weekend for $60 and after 5pm for $35. As we move through September in the Pro Shop, various brands will be on closeout sales, beginning with all men’s and ladies Adidas and FootJoy shoes on sale at 30% OFF from September 1st thru 15th. Construction Update

We are pleased to announce that all the Phase 7 golf course Houses have now been turned over to their Homeowners!  Over at the next block of homes, we have final paint touch ups on the interior and the exterior, electrical and plumbing fixtures currently being installed, and final building inspections being held.   As we progress further north, we have siding, drywall, and landscaping all in progress, with the roof, windows and trusses going into the final houses being built in this phase.

Construction Update

In the Phase 4 Condo building, the insulation and drywall is complete in the mechanical room. Preparation for the aluminum windows is also complete, and the aluminum window installation is 40% finished. The vinyl window installation and the roof are both more than halfway complete.

 In our Phase 7 Bare Land Strata Houses, we will have two more houses turned over by the end of the month. There’s all but three houses left to frame, roofing will follow.

Kids Golf Camps & Summer Sale

Hope the summer is going well for you, just a quick reminder about our next junior summer camp that we will be running here at Tsawwassen Springs.

The camp will run from July 16-20th, starting at 2:00 pm and ending at 5:00 pm.
The camp will cover all golf fundamentals, full swing, chipping, and putting. There will be an exercise component as well, so be sure to send kids with water. We will also get some on course time, which is a bonus.
All kids should bring water, sunscreen, and a snack they can eat during our break.
The cost is $229+ GST and will be taught by Andy and Matt. The camp is limited to the first 16 kids to sign up, so be sure to register as soon as possible to reserve a spot.
