October Construction Update
In the beginning of September, we turned over the last House in Phase 8. The team is now working from the Houses from the south side to the north. North being the House with Tyvek in the picture.
Currently, almost all sidings are installed on the first strip of Houses. Only two Houses to go! A few Houses already have cabinets going in, and a couple of them have countertops on. When the rain eases off, we can pour more driveways.
Roads along Willow Springs Avenue and Cedar Springs Drive will be paved, sometime in the fall
