Construction Update

Phase 4 Bare Land Strata Construction Update

We’ve made rapid progress on the exterior of the homes closest to Springs Boulevard. For these first few houses furthest north of Phase 4, siding and exterior masonry installation is complete, HRV installation is complete, and exterior painting is in progress. As we move south down the road, framing inspections are in progress, as well as rough in gas, plumbing and electrical work are in progress.  For the Phase 4 Houses closer towards the golf course, foundation constructions are complete with ongoing city inspections occurring. Construction Update

Condo Construction Update

In early February, we began drilling the boreholes for the Geo-Exchange System at our Phase 3 Condo! The boreholes go 240 feet below ground, and we will be drilling 88 of them. As of this week, we’ve already completed 21 boreholes. Please see below for our progress photos, as well as a mock-up image of the size and space of our upcoming Condo: 5011 Springs Boulevard.

Play’s on Tuesdays!

TSAWWASSEN MEN’S GOLF CLUB (TMGC), the premier men’s golf/social club playing exclusively at Tsawwassen Springs, is welcoming ALL new members for the 2016 season. Membership applications are available at the Pro Shop and online at our web site at www.tmgc.ca. Our wind up banquet (September 30) is acknowledged as the best in the lower mainland with fantastic draw prizes and trophy presentations and everyone wins a door prize. Our 19th hole celebrations are held every Tuesday in our own section of the banquet hall in the new facilities in Tsawwassen Springs with food and drinks for sale and special menu items exclusively for us. We are a socially conscious club and with the generous donations of our members and the participation of local schools, every Christmas we present food and gift packages to needy South Delta families. In 2016 we have been invited to play on two Tuesdays at Beach Grove Golf Club and two Thursdays at Kings Links. See our 2016 schedule at the Pro Shop and online at www.tmgc.ca For more information email [email protected] or call Andrew at (604) 618-5088
