Coats for Kids Update

The Coats for Kids clothing drive had another good year at Tsawwassen Springs, with many big hearts out there who have contributed to this fundraiser in the two short weeks. It was quite incredible!

The campaign ran from November 14^th to December 1^st. We received a total of 283 coats, 55 hats, 29 accessories, 33 toys, and 201 of miscellaneous items. With 3 donation boxes placed in the Clubhouse, and 1 in the Sales Centre, we had to make a few trips to empty out the boxes because they filled up so quickly. The construction team’s trailer space shrunk everyday with donations piling up.

This year’s drop off point was Caesarstone Canada in Burnaby. The Greater Vancouver Home Builders’ Association (GVHBA) has also hosted a breakfast. From decorating cupcakes to enjoying great conversation and delicious breakfast pizza. It was certainly a treat to watch the Christmas tree disappear behind the bags! Construction Update

Our Phase 4 golf course Houses are currently undergoing their finishing stages. Landscaping and final touch ups are in progress. We have fixture installation going into the houses, as well as interior and exterior painting ongoing. The last of the cabinets for these homes have arrived as well. The first occupancy will begin next month!   Please see below for progress photos.

Countertops have arrived and been covered for protection in this birch ensuite.   The sink basin and its fixtures are ready to go in

The lyonstone mantel installation is complete in this Great Room. The hardwood has been covered up with protection.

The tile settler is completing the kitchen backsplash in this Walnut kitchen.
