As the summer season winds down, the pace of construction at Tsawwassen Springs continues to progress steadily. Phase 3 of the Condos is nearly completely drywalled! The masonry work on the building’s exterior continues, and the stone siding looks absolutely stunning! Concrete pours are almost finished as are the mechanical and electrical rough-ins at Phase 4 of the Condos. Across the street, Phase 5 of the bare land strata Homes are nearly complete and all owners will have taken occupancy by mid-September. We are so pleased with how quickly work has been moving along with the Houses. Phase 6 of the bare land strata Houses are now being framed and excavation has begun for Phase 7!
Hope the summer is going well for you, just a quick reminder about our next junior summer camp that we will be running here at Tsawwassen Springs.
The camp will run from August 14 – 18, starting at 1:00 pm and ending at 4:00 pm.
The camp will cover all golf fundamentals, full swing, chipping, and putting. There will be an exercise component as well, so be sure to send kids with water. We will also get some on course time, which is a bonus.
All kids should bring water, sunscreen, and a snack they can eat during our break.
The cost is $229 and will be taught by Andy and Tyler. The camp is limited to the first 16 kids to sign up, so be sure to register as soon as possible to reserve a spot.
