Construction Update

The exterior of 5011 Springs Boulevard is certainly coming along!   Siding installation continues, and we just poured the curbs in front of the Phase 3 Condo building.  Seeing the civil work unfold certainly adds to the excitement of the building’s steady progress.  Within the interior, we are in the finishing stages from the 1^st to 3^rd floor.  Drywall touch up is in progress on the 4^th floor, and flooring is being completed on the 5^th floor.  On the 6^th floor, we are in the midst of painting and cabinet installation.  Please see below for photos the day we poured the curbs!

Construction Update

Fall is here, and our construction team hasn’t slowed down.

The construction team is working west to east.  The final coat of paint is finished on the first floor Condos on the west side of the building, and the painters are just finishing the final coat of the Condos on the east side of the first floor.  On the second and third floor, we are working on finishings.  And of the fourth floor, we have carpet and hardwood being installed!

In regards to Houses here at Tsawwassen Springs, in bare land strata Phase 6, we will have five more Homeowners moved in by the end of November, and steadily completing three houses a month! 

The new message board along highway 17 and 52nd Street is well on it’s way to be complete. .

Golf at Tsawwassen Springs

October brings with it a number of things with regards to golf at Tsawwassen Springs:

YEAR END BLOW OUT SALE!!

In the spirit of Thanksgiving Weekend, we are going to kick it off by beginning our 2017 Year-End Blowout sale on Friday, October 6^th until Halloween.  Everything you see in the Pro Shop will be discounted to FINAL SALE pricing, If there is anything you need now, for Christmas, or for next season, this sale is something you do not want to miss.  Come early for optimum selection.

AERATION NOTICE:

October 10^th we will be preforming a solid tine aeration on our greens, this means we will not be pulling full core’s, so the recovery process will be much quicker than last fall.  We will be coring parts of the fairways and tees in areas that require it, then topdressing the entire course.  Our rates will be reflective of this much needed relief of compaction, and as mentioned with a little bit of good weather, we hope the course is back up to superior conditions in a matter of one week.

 As the days get shorter please note that the driving range will be open 45 minutes before the first tee time of the day and closing 30 minutes before dusk.

Construction Update

We’ve had a fantastic summer in the Lower Mainland, with great progress to show at the Phase 3 Condo building.  The first floor is receiving its final coat of paint, and we are working on finishing-details on second and third floor. Appliances are arriving on one end of the fourth floor, with cabinet installation near complete on the opposite end. We are installing doors on fifth floor, and dry walling on sixth!
