- MELT METHOD
Melt Method is a breakthrough self-treatment system that restores the supportiveness of the body’s connective tissue to eliminate chronic pain, reduce inflammation, and decrease the accumulated stress caused by repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. In this workshop you will learn how to get out of and stay out of pain using simple techniques to rejuvenate the whole body through the hands and feet.

- OSTEOBLAST – building strong bones.
If you are concerned about your bone health and/or have been diagnosed with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis then this exercise workshop is for you. Buff bones means strong healthy bones. Learn bone building exercises you can do at home to strengthen and nourish.
