May Construction Update
It has been a busy, but very exciting April for us. All orientations in the 4977 Condo building are complete, and more than half of the building is occupied. From now to mid-May, expect movers to be in and out of the building.
We had proceeded with building Phase 8 Houses. In May, we will be closing our first home in Phase 8. In the meantime, we have started prep work for Phase 9 Houses. Many things are in progress, with foundation form removal, back filling, truss erection. A couple homes have the floor slab poly and insulation underway.
