We are seeking both experienced and upcoming culinary professionals to join our culinary brigade. A team of accomplished and respected chefs and food & beverage legends, have been assembled and have created the next great restaurant in the lower mainland. Under the supervision of the Executive Sous-Chef and Executive Chef, these positions are responsible for the execution, production and service of all Pat Quinn’s Restaurant & Bar, as well as private events menus at the Springs Ballroom.

Pat Quinn’s Restaurant & Bar is a classic West Coast grill, offering approachable, high-quality fare with today’s best culinary inspiration. Pat Quinn’s Restaurant & Bar will be a place to honour the man and the legend, and enjoy a refined atmosphere with all the class and passion he brought to his game. It will be the perfect complement to Tsawwassen’s newest classic neighborhood, Tsawwassen Springs.

The Springs Ballroom is the largest ballroom (6300 SF) south of the Fraser River and is the headquarters for intimate or large scale weddings, golf tournaments, corporate retreats, family gatherings, community activities and charitable events. The room is divisible into four private rooms each offering floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Tsawwassen Springs Golf Course.
