A PGA of Canada member since 2014 Matt has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry and is passionate about all aspects; including teaching, retail and club events. Originally from Nova Scotia when Matt is not at the golf course he enjoys spending time skiing and looks forward to continuing to build on Tsawwassen Springs great successes and reputation. |

Andy Garcia | Teaching ProfessionalAndy Garcia has more than 8 years as a dedicated team member of Tsawwassen Springs Golf operations. He is passionate about the delivery of service and programs to enhance Tsawwassen Springs Golf. Within each challenging role of his career at Tsawwassen Springs to date – he has exceeded expectations and been entrusted with more responsibility and major projects, consistently producing phenomenal results. Matthew Steger | Class “A” Associate ProfessionalMatthew Steger grew up in North Vancouver, BC. As a junior he played most of his golf at Seymour Golf & Country Club where he grew to the love the game. After a long competitive Amateur career that included competing in many prestigious events such as BC Amateurs, Canadian Amateurs, Canadian Mid-Amateurs and the 2015 USGA Mid-Amateur at John’s Island Club in Vero Beach, Florida, Matthew decided to turn Professional and join the PGA of Canada in February of 2016. He started his professional career at the McCleery Golf Course in Vancouver as the Assistant Professional for two years then decided to move to Tsawwassen Springs in March of 2018. Matthew enjoys competing in as many tournaments as he can and competes on many local professional tours. He has one professional win to his credit and believes his background in competitive golf can benefit golfers of all skill levels. |

Bruno Vieira | Teaching ProfessionalBruno Vieira calls Canada home since 2016 and lives in the Tsawwassen Springs complex, so don’t be surprised if you bump into him on the fairways at any given time. Bruno has been dedicated to golf for over 20 years; a passion that grew from amateur play in South America to a lifestyle and professional career in Canada. He has played golf and learned from different golf schools, including Canada, USA, Brazil, Argentina, and France. Coaching with patience and precision, Bruno helps golfers to develop their best golf swing. He also acknowledges the importance of combining the skills learned in range sessions with actual course game strategy, thus optimizing the full potential of players of all levels. |

Deneb Rondinone | Assistant Professional & Pro Shop SupervisorDeneb Rondinone joined Tsawwassen Springs Golf in 2022, he brings 16+ years of Golf knowledge and became a PGA of Canada Professional, at the age of 19. He is highly driven to achieve results and continuously improving efficiencies. Deneb is our youngest professional who is a team player, hardworking and is passionate about the game of golf. He spent most of his amateur career playing in tournaments, on the Vancouver Golf Tour, and working in the golf industry since 2019. Deneb demonstrates his aspirations which align with Tsawwassen Springs vision and long-term goals. Deneb was also in the Top 100 Professionals for the PGA of BC for Career & Professional Development Program in 2023. |
