Construction Update June
In Phase 8 Houses, three Houses will be completed by the end of the month with the new Homeowners moving in. The siding in the last two Houses is in progress, the last strips of Tyvek will be covered-up by the end of June.
In the meantime, half of Phase 8 Houses electrical and plumbing fixture installation is finished. Cabinets and tiles and interior painting is in progress.
The first strip of Phase 9 Houses have finished all slab compaction. Electrical rough-in, radiant heat pipe installation, and on-going framing in progress.
