Construction Update
Framing has started at 5011 Springs Boulevard! We have now completed the reinforced concrete for underground parkade ceiling and the second floor concrete.
We have two tower cranes moving construction material onto the building. One of the cranes will be moved to the top of the parkade ceiling for better access to ship material.
As of now we have poured 8,028 m3 of concrete. The total volume of concrete that will be poured to build the Phase 3 Condos will sum to 11,500m3.
