Construction Update
The first roof on the west side of our Phase 9 Houses has been completed, and quickly moving onto the next home. Framing is complete for two homes, and two more in progress. Almost all of the roofs on the east side of Phase 9 Houses are done, and only two more left for it to be completed.
Phase 8 Houses are looking great. In the month of July we delivered four homes, and will continue to utilize the beautiful weather we have down here to finish the last four houses.
