Construction Update
We are now down to nine houses left for completion in our Phase 7 Houses. It always gives us great pleasure to see how excited our Homeowners are when they arrive for their walk-through’s.
The north side of the Phase 4 Condo building is nearly 90% complete. The siding is looking great, and the stone installation is beautiful along the columns. The front of the building is well prepped and ready for siding and cultured stone work. The progress in the interior of the building is moving along well. All sorts of activity is happening on the fourth floor. We have hardwood, cabinets, counter tops, and interior doors going in. Drywall boarding and insulation in these units are complete, and the stairwell has drywall going up.
