Construction Update
As of June, we have now turned over 13 homes in the Phase 7 Houses! We have cabinets and hardwood flooring going into the next homes coming up, as well as siding, painting, and plumbing rough-in’s in progress for the last stretch of homes in this phase.
Over at the Phase 8 Houses, it is very exciting to see that walls standing for the first batch of houses, with underground plumbing and site servicing all in progress throughout that phase.
As of the last week of October, we began moving the fill that is currently situated where the Phase 9 Houses will be located. We have fill that spans 26,000 cubic meters and is approximately 40 feet tall! A view of the houses under construction can be seen below from the top of the fill:
