Construction Update
In the Phase 4 Condo building, drywall is complete on the west side of the building, and we are finishing off mudding on the fourth floor on the east side of the building. We are installing fireplaces on the second floor. The waterproofing on the main slab is in progress and currently 45% complete. The block walls in the parkade are nearly complete.
For the houses in Phase 7 Bare Land Strata, we are up to the last home for roofing installation. By the end of September, we will have turned over three more homes in this phase.
