Construction Update
There are three major tasks in the works in our Phase 4 Condo building. Roofing is currently in progress and the back framing has started on the 4th floor of the building, we have also started to install windows. We have turned over one House in our Phase 7 Bare Land Strata Houses, with three more Houses set to complete over the course of July. In terms of the rest of Phase 7, painting and drywall are in progress, with framing completed to the halfway point.
