Construction Update
Phase 7 Bare Land Strata has been making great progress – with our first few homes facing the golf course scheduled to be move in ready this month! The homes furthest along completion have painting, final cleaning, and landscaping all in progress. The next couple blocks of this phase have electrical fixtures going up, plumbing in progress, cabinet installations, dry walling, exterior stone work being installed, as well as ongoing exterior painting. The homes furthest north of this phase have underground plumbing in progress, and all foundations are now complete.
