Construction Update
We are very excited with the progress of the Phase 3 Condo building. We are now up to the fifth floor for final paint, and drywall touch ups are in progress on the sixth floor. Spray insulation is complete in the underground parkade, and hard landscaping (soil, boulders, irrigation, etc.) is now 95% complete. Soft landscaping will be ongoing, as some of the planting will be weather dependant. Our next big item on the exterior is the trellis to be stationed at the lobby doors. The trellis work at our new message board at the corner of the Hwy 17 and 52nd Street is also in progress.
