Construction Update
The exterior of 5011 Springs Boulevard is certainly coming along! Siding installation continues, and we just poured the curbs in front of the Phase 3 Condo building. Seeing the civil work unfold certainly adds to the excitement of the building’s steady progress. Within the interior, we are in the finishing stages from the 1st to 3rd floor. Drywall touch up is in progress on the 4th floor, and flooring is being completed on the 5th floor. On the 6th floor, we are in the midst of painting and cabinet installation.
