Construction Update
50% of our Phase 4 houses have now been turned over to Homeowners, with progress moving steadily in the last half of the houses towards the golf course. The third block of homes in this phase are now receiving flooring, tiling, drywalling and painting, while the golf course homes have driveway and side walk forms in progress, as well as stonework and exterior painting happening.
