Construction Update
The exterior of the Commercial Building, 5188 Springs Boulevard, is now complete! The interior Tenant Improvements are currently in progress. This past week, the oil interceptor for Woods Coffee went in, which is an environmentally friendly system that prevents excess kitchen grease or oil from entering the sanitary system. We are currently working on the structure that will hold and display the Woods Coffee menu for those coming through the Drive-Thru. Please see below for progress photos.
