Construction Update
It has been a busy and productive summer here at Tsawwassen Springs! Work on the Phase 3 Condos continues to progress smoothly with all the interior walls having been framed out. We are half way through the exterior rock work and cladding, and we must say that the building is looking fantastic! Concrete pours have continued at the Phase 4 Condos with over 36,320 square feet of the underground parking foundation laid. To the south of the Condo buildings, our Phase 5 Houses are now nearly half occupied, and we are geared up to complete the few remaining Houses. The final excavation of Phase 6 Houses is well underway. The framing and roofing of our Phase 6 Houses have begun and we could not be more appreciative to our tradesmen for their hard work over the past couple of weeks!
