Tsawwassen Springs is pleased to announce that we achieved GOLD Accessibility Certification with the Rick Hansen Foundation in 2020. Being a foremost member of the community means being accessible to all those in the community regardless of any limitations. As part of our commitment to being accessible to all, Tsawwassen Springs has ample handicap parking, acoustic considerations, attention to wayfinding and signage, sensibly appointed tactile and braille, as well as a multitude of seating and counter options.

Talisman Homes won the following awards for Tsawwassen Springs in 2013:

• 2013 Gold Georgie Award for Best Single Family Home Up To 2,000 Square Feet.
• Two 2013 Silver Georgie Awards for the Best Single Family Home Over 2,000 Square Feet.
• 2013 LEED Silver Accreditation for our Phase 1 Condo – 5099 Springs Boulevard.

In addition to these achievements, Talisman Homes also attained the following for Tsawwassen Springs in 2014:

• Two 2014 Ovation Awards for Best Single Family Detached Home 2,000 Square Feet and Over
• 2014 Ovation Award for Best Single Family Detached Home Less Than 2,000 Square Feet
• 2014 Ovation Award for Excellence in Innovation and Sustainability in New Residential Construction

In 2016, our Phase 2 Condo – 5055 Springs Boulevard- was awarded with LEED Gold Accreditation.

As recently as this January 2017, our Clubhouse – 5133 Springs Boulevard- was awarded with LEED Silver Accreditation.

Talisman Homes and Tsawwassen Springs have much to be proud of for this recognition by the Canadian Home Builders Association, presenters of the Georgie Awards and the Ovation Awards, respectively, as well as recognition by the Canada Green Building Council towards LEED.
